BJ is suspected of having Coeliacs Disease. His poos are extremely loose (although they are getting more 'solid' since we started the Gluten free diet
But this has put a spaner in the works with the TT.
Any advice for a toddler who has these issues?
He was going great guns until this bowel problem got really bad.
Now he won't sit on the toilet at all.

It's a hard one because he may end up having some embarrassing accidents when he's older if he doesn't learn the special techniques used to control the bowel.
I know physiotherapy is something used when children have bowel issues.
the diet is the main thing which you are on to, so I reackon maybe just put the nappies back on till he tells you he's ready for the toilet again? |

I would just wait. I would think it would be normal for any kid, bowel issues or not, to go through phases of 'regression'.
I would just try and be patient and let him work through it in his own time, perhaps gentle reminders about the potty, but nothing forceful or angry.
