Any suggestions? What do you do when a 2 and a half year old boy no longers keeps his nappy on but refuses to use a potty or toilet and ends up weeing everywhere?

Um...go insane and have stinky carpet like us???
This was what Jet was like right before he started using the potty.
Does he know *how* to use the potty or toilet? Is he allowed to watch? His Dad especially.
DH is going to kill me for this, but seriously, what got Jet using the potty after ages of peeing on the floor was for DH to use the potty and Jet watched. Just the once, and just wee And it just seemed to click after that. Not to say we don't still have accidents. Hell that was a year ago and he's still in the same sort of stage, but there's no rush, I'm sure it will all work out when he is ready
Can you encourage him to play only on easy to clean areas of the house?? I used to let Jet play in the sink because if he wee'd, or pooed (ewwww) then it was just on the lino and way easier to clean.
Or let him play outside as much as possible?

and another thing I forgot to say too... Do you get him to help you clean it up? Do you say stuff like, wees go in the potty/toilet, maybe next time you can try the potty?
Just gentle reminders with no emotion

 I can just imagin my husband sitting on the potty, he's HUGE and the potty is tiny.. it'll get lost under him.
I'm really enjoying watching my little nudie boy running around with his boy bits bouncing about and his bum jiggling it's almost worth the stinky carpet to see him naked I won't bother with pants because it's too hot.. and well.. I like his naked bum.

He didn't sit on it
He put it on a chair and peed into it, just standing. And so when Jet was first using the potty he would always stand, now he sits
Jet is naked by choice also, I don't mind....but you did ask for suggestions!!!

This is coming from a mum who doesn't have a fully toilet trained child yet....
We don't really 'train' DD yet, just talk to her about what we do as such. The term 'potty' bugged me as I knew it wouldn't mean anything to DD. We just say 'Your toilet' or 'L's toilet' & she has always understood that if she wees or poos on there then she is 'just like Mummy & Daddy'. She doesn't feel there is anything bad about her peeing in her nappy (or on the floor ) but she is still proud of herself when she does decide to use the 'potty'.
It's just a terminology thing but it might be worth a shot.
