Help with smelly carpet!!So...DS1 has had a few accidents in his room and despite using carpet cleaner (the orange power stuff) as soon as wee notice a wet patch, his room is getting quite smelly.
We hired out one of those carpet cleaner doodads from the supermarket this morning and went over it twice...it still smells.
Help??

I would use wool wash and warm water.
There's also frabric refresher spray you can use once it's dry

I sprinkle bicarb, rub it in. Leave it for about 5 mins, and then wash with wool wash and warm water
I always sprinkle my carpets with bicarb before vacuuming too
